ADVANTAGES:
• The project will interconnect into one location urban and suburban traffic, in which case the capacity of the passengers will get to 20 million per year;
• The location is in the Emshir neighborhood;
• Surface of the parcel: 15.2 hectare;
• The land is owned by the Municipality of Prishtina and the Bus Station;
• Surface for construction: approximately 50,000 – 60,000 m².
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS ARE:
• Construction on the surface of ~ 50,000 – 60,000 m²
• Construction of Bus Station
• Construction of garages for service and maintenance
• Construction of a shopping center which will contain recreation and cultural spaces with public character
Owner of the Project: Contracting Authority – The Municipality of Prishtina
Scope of the Project: Land Grant, public property, in long term use – over 15 years
Capital Expenditure: 80-90 million €
Project financer: Only a private sector investment
